After you schedule your allergy shot:

1). Adult patients present to clinic unaccompanied, and pediatric patients (under 18 y/o) should be accompanied by only one parent or legal guardian.

2). Avoid close contact and maintain distance between yourself and other people.

3). Food and drinks are not allowed in the waiting or exam rooms.

4). Wearing face mask when in the clinic is optional.

5). Follow CDC guidance on How to Protect Yourself and help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases like COVID-19.

* Do Not come in to the clinic for allergy shots if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, night sweats, loss of taste or smell, or muscle ache. No allergy shot will be given. Please stay home and call your PCP doctor or call 211.
