After you schedule your allergy shot:

1). Adult patients present to clinic unaccompanied, and pediatric patients (under 18 y/o) should be accompanied by only one parent or legal guardian.

2). Follow CDC guidance on How to Protect Yourself and help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases like COVID-19.

3). No food or drinks are allowed in the waiting and exam rooms.

Do Not come in to the clinic for allergy shots if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, feel unwell, or have had contact in the past 14 days with people diagnosed with the coronavirus disease. No allergy shot will be given. Please stay home and call your PCP doctor or dial 211.
